Coconut Granola

Instructions
- Preheat over to 300 Degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl melt the coconut oil and add honey/maple syrup.
- Combine both mixtures by slowly pouring the liquid over the oat mixture and stirring well.
- Divide the new mixture in half and pour onto one (or two for double/triple) 11x17 inch rimmed baking sheets, spreading out into an even layer.
- Bake the granola for 15 minutes and mix the granola. Repeat until the granola is fully baked (2-3 times or ~40 minutes)
