Coconut Granola

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 300 Degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl melt the coconut oil and add honey/maple syrup.
  4. Combine both mixtures by slowly pouring the liquid over the oat mixture and stirring well.
  5. Divide the new mixture in half and pour onto one (or two for double/triple) 11x17 inch rimmed baking sheets, spreading out into an even layer.
  6. Bake the granola for 15 minutes and mix the granola. Repeat until the granola is fully baked (2-3 times or ~40 minutes)
